About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Kofax Developer / Kofax TotalAgility Technical Lead to design and deliver enterprise-scale Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), document capture, and workflow automation solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design and architect solutions using Tungsten TotalAgility (KTA) • Develop business processes, subprocesses, business rules, custom forms, work queues, dashboards, and reports • Configure and support Kofax Capture and Kofax Transformation Modules (KTM) • Implement OCR/ICR, document classification, data extraction, validation, and workflow automation • Build REST API and web service integrations with enterprise applications, databases, ECM platforms, and AWS cloud services • Develop and maintain solutions using C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, SQL Server, and Oracle • Lead architecture discussions, code reviews, deployments, production troubleshooting, and technical mentoring • Coordinate onsite/offshore teams and collaborate with business stakeholders in Agile/Scrum environments Requirements • 10+ years of Kofax/Tungsten Automation experience • 5+ years of Kofax TotalAgility (KTA) experience • 10+ years of Kofax Capture experience • 5+ years of Kofax Transformation Modules (KTM) experience • 8+ years of C#/.NET development experience • Strong expertise in OCR/ICR, document classification, extraction locators, table extraction, and validation rules • Experience with REST APIs, SQL Server, Oracle, AWS, and enterprise document processing platforms • Knowledge of Kofax Process Insight and AI-enabled Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) Preferred Qualifications • Banking or insurance domain experience • Tungsten/Kofax certifications • Strong technical leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
