About the Role We are seeking a Senior Kofax Developer / Kofax TotalAgility Technical Lead to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. This role involves designing, architecting, and implementing enterprise-scale Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and document capture solutions using Kofax TotalAgility. Key Responsibilities • Design, architect, and implement enterprise-scale Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and document capture solutions using Tungsten TotalAgility (KTA) • Develop business processes, subprocesses, process fragments, business rules, custom forms, work queues, dashboards, and reporting solutions • Configure and support Kofax Capture and Kofax Transformation Modules (KTM) environments • Implement document classification, extraction, validation, and workflow automation capabilities • Develop REST API integrations with ECM platforms, databases, cloud services, and enterprise applications • Configure OCR/ICR engines and implement content-based, layout-based, and script-based classification • Develop extraction solutions using format locators, advanced zone locators, script locators, and table extraction techniques • Maintain and optimize knowledge bases and validation rules • Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and support deployment and production troubleshooting • Lead onsite/offshore teams and participate in architecture, solution design, estimation, and Agile delivery • Drive technical discussions with business and client teams and ensure successful solution implementation Requirements • 8-10 years of experience in Kofax/Tungsten Automation, Kofax TotalAgility, document processing, and .NET development • 10+ years of experience with Kofax/Tungsten Automation and Kofax Capture • 5+ years of experience with Kofax TotalAgility (KTA) and Kofax Transformation Modules (KTM) • 8+ years of experience with C# and .NET Framework/.NET Core • Experience with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), OCR/ICR Engines, REST APIs, Web Services, SQL Server, and Oracle • Familiarity with AWS Cloud, Document Classification, Data Extraction, and Workflow Automation
