About the Role We are looking for a motivated RPA Developer to join an exciting freelance assignment focused on process automation using UiPath. Key Responsibilities • Designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions using UiPath • Analyzing business processes and identifying automation opportunities • Collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to improve operational efficiency • Maintaining, monitoring, and optimizing existing automation solutions • Creating and maintaining technical documentation • Contributing to the continuous improvement of the RPA environment Requirements • Proven experience as an RPA Developer • Strong hands-on experience with UiPath • Experience with process automation and workflow optimization • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Good communication and stakeholder management skills • A proactive, independent, and quality-driven mindset • Professional proficiency in Dutch
