About the Role We are looking for an experienced RPA (UiPath) Architect to lead end-to-end automation initiatives in the Insurance domain. This role requires technical leadership and expertise in intelligent automation and AI-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end RPA solutions • Perform automation feasibility analysis and solution architecture • Lead client discussions and advise stakeholders on RPA and AI solutions • Manage production bots, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations • Mentor junior developers and drive coding best practices • Collaborate with offshore teams and manage technical handoffs • Support project planning, estimation, risk management, and documentation Requirements • Strong Insurance domain and business process analysis experience • Proven experience as an RPA Technical Lead or Architect • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Ability to independently lead automation projects and technical teams
