About the Role We are looking for an experienced RPA UiPath Developer to join our team in Toronto, Canada. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-level automation solutions using UiPath. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-level RPA solutions using UiPath. • Build scalable automation workflows following coding standards and best practices. • Integrate UiPath with APIs, databases, and third-party applications. • Prepare Process Definition Documents (PDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), and technical documentation. • Deploy and manage bots through UiPath Orchestrator. • Troubleshoot production issues and improve automation stability. • Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with security and governance standards. • Collaborate with business analysts, QA, infrastructure, and business teams. • Participate in Agile ceremonies and mentor junior developers. Requirements • 6–8 years of experience in RPA development. • 4+ years of experience with UiPath. • Strong knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator & Assistant. • Experience with REFramework & Workflow Analyzer. • Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON & XML. • Skills in SQL, VB.NET / C#. • Experience with TCS BaNCS REST API. • Knowledge of Orchestrator Queues, Triggers & Assets. • Experience with Exception Handling & Root Cause Analysis. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum Methodologies. • Experience with Bot Deployment, Monitoring & Production Support. Preferred Qualifications • UiPath certifications (UiARD, UiRPA, or Advanced Developer). • Experience in BFSI or other large enterprise environments. • Knowledge of OCR, ABBYY, UiPath Document Understanding, and AI/ML-based automation. • Familiarity with Power Automate, WorkFusion, Git, or Azure DevOps.
