About the Role We are looking for a skilled Ruby on Rails Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong backend and frontend development expertise, API design experience, and knowledge of integrating GenAI into development workflows. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full-stack applications • Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and user interfaces • Troubleshoot performance, response-time, capacity, and system issues • Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency • Collaborate with business teams, technology stakeholders, and external vendors • Maintain technical documentation and follow engineering best practices Requirements • 8–10 years of experience • 6+ years of Ruby & Ruby on Rails experience • Full-Stack Web Development expertise • API Design experience with REST, RPC, JSON, XML, ProtoBuf • HTML, CSS, JavaScript & React • Database Design, PostgreSQL & MySQL • GoLang or Core Java • GenAI Integration in Development Workflows
