About the Role We are an award-winning advertising technology platform seeking a proactive Salesforce Administrator & Developer to optimize our ecosystem and drive operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities • Oversee user setup, profiles, roles, security, and custom object configurations • Design and optimize complex Salesforce Flows to streamline processes • Maintain, build, and support platform integrations with third-party tools • Build robust dashboards and reports to deliver actionable insights • Troubleshoot system issues and maintain high data integrity Requirements • 3+ years in Salesforce administration and development (ADM 201 certification preferred) • Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations • Expert knowledge of Salesforce Lightning, Flows, and security architecture • Shift Requirement: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST (Night Shift)
