About the Role We are looking for a Salesforce Agentforce Developer to join our team. This role focuses on building intelligent AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce and integrating them into enterprise solutions. Key Responsibilities • Build and customize AI-powered agents using Salesforce Agentforce • Integrate AI agents into enterprise Salesforce solutions • Configure Agentforce Topics, Actions, Instructions, and Prompts • Implement AI-powered workflows and automation Requirements • 4–8 years of experience with Salesforce development • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce and/or Einstein AI • Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow • Experience configuring Agentforce Topics, Actions, Instructions, and Prompts • Knowledge of Prompt Builder, Prompt Engineering, and Generative AI • Experience with SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce Platform Events • Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and OAuth • Understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud, Knowledge, and security models Good to Have • Production-level Agentforce implementation experience • Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) • Salesforce AI Specialist / Platform Developer certifications • Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools
