About the Role We are looking for an experienced Salesforce AI Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce engineering, Agentforce, Generative AI, and agentic solutions to build secure, scalable, AI-powered enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop AI-driven solutions using Salesforce Agentforce, AIforce/SIforce, Headless 360, and Generative AI • Build and integrate Salesforce Hosted MCP Servers, MCP tools, Apex services, Flows, and APIs • Develop Agentforce agents, topics, actions, prompts, and orchestration workflows • Build custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, SOQL, Platform Events, and REST APIs • Integrate Salesforce with LLMs, middleware, external APIs, and enterprise applications • Implement secure authentication, OAuth, permissions, sharing models, AI guardrails, and human-in-the-loop controls • Support testing, deployment, troubleshooting, monitoring, and production readiness Requirements • 10+ years of overall IT/Salesforce development experience • 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce AI/Generative AI development • Strong experience with Agentforce, AIforce/SIforce, Headless 360, and Salesforce Hosted MCP Servers • Hands-on experience developing or consuming MCP servers and tools • Expertise in Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL, Salesforce APIs, and asynchronous processing • Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, grounding, tool calling, and agentic workflows • Experience with OAuth, Connected/External Client Apps, Salesforce security, and enterprise integrations
