About the Role We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead / Developer to join our team in Texas. This role involves working with Salesforce Apex, Copado, and Lightning Framework to manage end-to-end Salesforce deployments. Key Responsibilities • Strong experience with Salesforce org migrations using Copado • Hands-on expertise in end-to-end Salesforce deployments across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production • Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines integrated with Git • Expertise in Salesforce metadata migration and deployment automation • Experience coordinating data migrations and resolving deployment dependencies • Knowledge of quality gates, code reviews, and multi-org strategies • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Requirements • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development • Experience with Salesforce org migrations using Copado • Hands-on expertise in end-to-end Salesforce deployments • Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines • Expertise in Salesforce metadata migration and deployment automation • Experience coordinating data migrations • Knowledge of quality gates, code reviews, and multi-org strategies • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
