About the Role We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect with strong hands-on technical expertise, enterprise solution design capabilities, and experience supporting complex Salesforce environments and integrated business applications. Key Responsibilities • Lead Salesforce architecture, technical design, and enterprise solution implementation • Provide technical leadership across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud • Design and troubleshoot REST/SOAP API integrations, middleware, and enterprise integration patterns • Lead production incident management, root cause analysis, and technical escalations • Support Salesforce releases, managed package upgrades, and cross-application impact assessments • Collaborate with client stakeholders, developers, administrators, vendors, and offshore delivery teams • Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, integration dependencies, and support knowledge bases • Support integrations across enterprise SaaS and boundary applications Requirements • 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with technical leadership • Salesforce Platform Architecture and Enterprise Solution Design • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud • Apex, Salesforce Flow, automation, security, and data management • REST APIs, SOAP APIs, middleware, and integration frameworks • Production Support, Incident Management, Troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis • Enterprise Application Ecosystem and Boundary Application Management • Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
