About the Role We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical/Solution Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud and Patient Services Programs (PSP) to lead end-to-end architecture and delivery for the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end architecture and delivery for Salesforce Health Cloud solutions • Design and implement solutions for Patient Support Programs (PSP) • Manage patient journeys, care plans, hub services, and case management • Integrate Salesforce with various enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and other technologies • Ensure data architecture, security, and sharing rules are properly implemented Requirements • 10+ years of Salesforce experience, including 4–5+ years as a Technical/Solution Architect • Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud • Experience with Patient Support Programs (PSP), patient onboarding, enrollment & benefits verification • Deep knowledge of OmniStudio (Vlocity) • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Lightning Flows • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and enterprise integrations • Data architecture, security, sharing rules & large data volumes • Pharma/Life Sciences domain experience
