About the Role We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst with extensive experience in higher education to join our team. This role requires deep knowledge of university environments and Salesforce Education Cloud. Key Responsibilities • Analyze and document business requirements for Salesforce Education Cloud implementations • Lead requirements gathering sessions and create user stories • Map processes and manage user acceptance testing (UAT) • Ensure compliance with FERPA and data privacy regulations • Integrate Salesforce with SIS systems like Banner, Colleague, PeopleSoft, and Workday Student Requirements • 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce • Strong higher education domain experience in university environments • Knowledge of the student lifecycle including Admissions, Enrollment, Advising, Retention, Financial Aid, and Alumni • Experience with Salesforce Education Cloud and EDA • SIS integration experience with Banner, Colleague, PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, or Workday Student • Skills in requirements gathering, user stories, process mapping, UAT, and Agile delivery • Knowledge of FERPA, data governance, and student data privacy Note: US Citizenship is required for this position.
