About the Role We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer for a long-term contract opportunity. This role involves developing, customizing, and maintaining Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications. Key Responsibilities • Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications • Support the migration of B2B storefront capabilities from Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) • Configure and customize commerce experiences, product catalogs, pricing, checkout, and order management capabilities • Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Apex solutions • Implement Salesforce declarative tools, including Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules • Design and implement secure, scalable, and reusable components and development patterns • Manage Salesforce security configurations, including profiles, permission sets, permission set groups, sharing settings, and organization-wide defaults • Use VS Code, Copado, and Salesforce data import/export tools for development, deployment, and data management • Create technical designs and contribute to effort estimation, troubleshooting, debugging, and deployment activities • Ensure application quality through unit testing, code reviews, defect resolution, performance optimization, and production support • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, AEM developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions • Follow Salesforce security standards, coding best practices, and development guidelines while adopting new technologies as needed Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud • Solid understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications • Proficiency in Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components • Experience with Salesforce declarative tools, including Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules • Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, profiles, permission sets/groups, sharing rules, and organization-wide defaults
