About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead large-scale Salesforce data migration programs, driving technical excellence across Quote-to-Cash (QTC) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes. This role requires deep data structural expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud / ARM and a proven track record of managing complex migration sequencing. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end large-scale Salesforce data migration programs, translating complex business requirements into robust migration strategies • Own source-to-target mapping, data profiling, cleansing, transformation, and structural reconciliation while ensuring strict referential integrity • Deeply analyze and map complex CPQ elements including pricing rules, product bundles, discounts, subscriptions, amendments, and renewals • Formulate comprehensive deployment, cutover, and rollback plans to ensure zero business disruption • Partner directly with functional and technical teams using strong SQL and data analysis skills to guide technical execution Requirements • Strong experience with the Salesforce CPQ data model, QTC/OTC lifecycles, and Salesforce Revenue Cloud / ARM data structures • Extensive hands-on experience leading large-scale enterprise data migrations into Salesforce ecosystems • Proven experience working with Salesforce APIs, data-loading, and advanced migration technologies • Advanced SQL capabilities and a meticulous eye for data quality and system reconciliation
