About the Role We are seeking a Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) Developer with expertise in Tableau to build scalable analytics solutions. Key Responsibilities • Build scalable analytics solutions supporting Sales, Service, and Operations • Translate business requirements into actionable dashboards and reporting solutions • Troubleshoot analytics issues and optimize dashboard performance • Collaborate with stakeholders and support deployment, documentation, and knowledge transfer Requirements • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA / Tableau CRM) • Development of dashboards, lenses, datasets, and reports • Dataflows, Recipes, and Data Sync configuration and optimization • Strong knowledge of SAQL and SOQL • Interactive dashboards with bindings, dynamic filters, parameters, and custom JSON configurations • Data modeling, data transformation, data quality, and performance optimization • Integration of Salesforce and external enterprise data sources • KPI dashboards and executive reporting • Agile development, testing, deployment, production support, and technical documentation • AI-Assisted Development Experience Required: Hands-on use of AI coding assistants such as Cursor AI, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Claude Code, or similar tools to improve development productivity and code quality.
