About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) Developer to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing analytics solutions on the Salesforce platform to provide actionable business insights. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain CRM Analytics (CRMA/Tableau CRM) dashboards, lenses, datasets, and reports • Build and optimize Dataflows, Recipes, and Data Sync processes to support analytics and reporting requirements • Develop SAQL and SOQL queries for advanced reporting, custom calculations, dashboard filters, and drill-down analysis • Design and implement interactive dashboards with bindings, dynamic filters, parameters, and custom JSON configurations • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions • Integrate Salesforce and external enterprise data sources to create unified reporting and analytics platforms • Develop KPI dashboards and executive reporting solutions for business and leadership teams • Implement data modeling, data transformation, and data quality controls to ensure accurate reporting • Troubleshoot analytics issues, optimize dashboard performance, and provide production support • Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning, development, testing, deployment, and support • Create technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge transfer materials • Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve development productivity and solution quality Requirements • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) and Tableau • Strong understanding of SAQL and SOQL queries • Experience with Dataflows, Recipes, and Data Sync processes • Ability to design and implement interactive dashboards • Experience with integrating Salesforce and external data sources • Knowledge of data modeling, data transformation, and data quality controls • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies • Experience with AI-assisted development tools
