About the Role We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Education Cloud Architect to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions for the education sector. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce Education Cloud, student lifecycle management, data modeling, integrations, solution architecture, and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities • Design end-to-end Salesforce Education Cloud architecture aligned with institutional business requirements. • Implement solutions covering student recruitment, admissions, enrollment, student success, advising, and alumni engagement. • Configure Salesforce Education Cloud data models, objects, workflows, Flows, and automation. • Design scalable integrations between Salesforce and external systems such as Student Information Systems (SIS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), ERP, and other third-party platforms. • Define technical architecture, security, access controls, data governance, and integration standards. • Lead technical design sessions and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. • Provide architectural guidance to developers, consultants, and implementation teams. • Oversee data migration, data quality, testing, deployment, and release management. • Optimize performance, maintainability, and scalability of Salesforce implementations. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and functional consultants throughout the implementation lifecycle. Requirements • 8+ years of overall Salesforce experience, including significant solution design or architecture experience. • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Education Cloud. • Understanding of education-sector processes, including student recruitment, admissions, enrollment, student engagement, and student success. • Expertise in Salesforce data modeling, configuration, and platform capabilities. • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce security. • Experience designing REST/SOAP API integrations and enterprise integration architectures. • Experience with data migration, data quality, and integration with external education systems. • Strong understanding of Salesforce sharing, permission sets, profiles, and role hierarchy. • Experience with solution documentation, technical design, and architecture governance. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
