About the Role We are seeking a Salesforce CRM Developer to design, develop, customize, and support Salesforce applications. This role involves collaborating with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient CRM solutions. Key Responsibilities • Develop Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). • Configure custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and automation. • Translate business requirements into technical specifications. • Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. • Perform data migration using Data Loader and similar tools. • Conduct unit testing, code reviews, debugging, and production support. • Maintain existing applications and follow Salesforce best practices. • Ensure data integrity, performance, scalability, and proper documentation. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. • 1–2 years of Salesforce Developer experience. • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs. • Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and design patterns. • Experience with Data Loader and integration tools such as MuleSoft or Talend. • Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred • Salesforce Developer Certification.
