About the Role We are looking for a talented Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) Developer with Tableau experience who can build interactive dashboards, optimize analytics pipelines, and transform business data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop interactive CRMA dashboards, lenses, datasets, and reports • Build and optimize dataflows, recipes, and data synchronization processes • Develop advanced analytics using SAQL, SOQL, dynamic filters, and custom calculations • Integrate Salesforce and external data sources for unified business reporting • Translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions • Leverage AI-powered coding assistants to improve development productivity and code quality • Troubleshoot production issues and optimize dashboard performance Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) / Tableau CRM • Experience with Tableau & Interactive Dashboard Development • Proficiency in SAQL & SOQL Queries • Knowledge of Datasets, Dataflows, Recipes & Data Sync • Understanding of Dashboard Bindings, Dynamic Filters & Custom JSON • Experience with Data Modeling, Data Transformation & Data Quality • Salesforce & External Data Source Integration skills • KPI Dashboards & Executive Reporting experience • Dashboard Performance Optimization & Production Support • Agile Development, Testing & Deployment experience • Familiarity with AI-Assisted Development Tools: Cursor AI, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Claude Code, or similar tools
