About the Role We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Migration Lead to drive enterprise-scale data migration, integration, and modernization initiatives across Salesforce and Microsoft Azure platforms. Key Responsibilities • Drive enterprise-scale data migration, integration, and modernization initiatives • Lead Salesforce Org-to-Org migration projects • Manage data governance, reconciliation, and stakeholder management • Handle large-scale data migrations involving millions of records and file repositories Requirements • 15+ years of overall IT experience • 8+ years of Salesforce data architecture and migration experience • 8+ years of Microsoft Azure data platform experience • Strong expertise in Salesforce Org-to-Org migration, Data Loader, Bulk API, and data modeling • Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Blob Storage, and Azure Data Lake • Experience with Databricks, Kafka, MuleSoft, ETL/ELT, and API integrations • Strong leadership, data governance, reconciliation, and stakeholder management skills
