About the Role We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with experience in PeopleSoft integration to join our team. This role requires strong technical skills in Salesforce development and integration with enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities • Develop and customize Salesforce applications • Integrate Salesforce with PeopleSoft and other ERP systems • Implement REST and SOAP APIs for system connectivity • Configure Salesforce objects, flows, validation rules, and security • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues • Deploy Salesforce solutions using best practices Requirements • Approximately 8 years of experience in Salesforce development, customization, and implementation • Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL • Experience with Salesforce configuration including objects, flows, validation rules, security, and automation • Working knowledge of PeopleSoft applications, architecture, data structures, or integration points • Understanding of application integration concepts, REST/SOAP APIs, data exchange, and enterprise system connectivity • Experience with Salesforce deployments, debugging, testing, and production issue resolution • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications • Experience integrating Salesforce with PeopleSoft or other ERP systems • Familiarity with middleware or integration platforms such as MuleSoft • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products • Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tools • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or Platform Developer II • Exposure to Salesforce Agentforce or Einstein AI capabilities
