About the Role We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, customization, and integrations. Key Responsibilities • Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications based on business requirements • Build custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce • Develop Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous processes • Configure Salesforce Flows, validation rules, workflows, and custom objects • Work with SOQL and SOSL to retrieve and manage Salesforce data • Develop and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs • Implement security controls, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules • Perform unit testing, debugging, and code reviews • Support deployments using Salesforce deployment tools and CI/CD processes • Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance • Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and other technical stakeholders Requirements • 7+ years of Salesforce development experience • Strong hands-on experience in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce customization • Good knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data models • Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and Salesforce security • Knowledge of deployment processes and development best practices • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
