About the Role We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce development, production support, and maintenance within the Life and Annuity Insurance domain. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement Salesforce solutions for the Life and Annuity Insurance domain • Provide production support, bug fixing, enhancements, and defect resolution • Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, and LWC • Create and execute SOQL, SOSL queries, and Salesforce Flows • Implement platform automation and integrate with REST/SOAP APIs • Work on bulk data cleanup, data fixes, and reconciliation reports • Ensure Salesforce security and compliance • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments using Jira Requirements • 10+ years of overall Salesforce development experience • 5+ years of Salesforce experience in the Insurance domain, specifically Life and Annuity implementations • Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, and LWC • Expertise in SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce Flows, and platform automation • Experience in production support, bug fixing, enhancements, and defect resolution • Hands-on experience with bulk data cleanup, data fixes, and reconciliation reports • Knowledge of SFDX, Git, CI/CD, REST/SOAP APIs, and Salesforce security • Experience working in Agile environments using Jira
