About the Role The State of Texas is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join their team in Austin, Texas. This role requires 5-8 years of experience and will focus on developing and customizing Salesforce solutions. Key Responsibilities • Develop Apex classes and triggers • Create and maintain Lightning Web Components • Work with the Salesforce Lightning environment • Develop and customize Service Cloud and Experience Cloud • Configure Salesforce security and access controls • Develop and maintain Visualforce and Aura components • Work with Salesforce APIs and integrations • Use development tools like Visual Studio Code • Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes Requirements • 5-8 years of Salesforce development experience • Strong experience with Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, SOQL/SOSL • Expertise in Lightning Web Components and JavaScript • Hands-on experience in the Salesforce Lightning environment • Development and customization experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud • Knowledge of Salesforce Security configuration and access controls • Experience with Visualforce and Aura Components • Understanding of Salesforce APIs and system integration • Proficiency with Visual Studio Code • Experience working in an Agile development environment Mandatory Certifications & Profile Requirements • Active Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification • Agentforce Certification • Salesforce Trailhead Profile URL • Hands-on Agentforce experience Strict Location Requirements Candidates must currently reside in the Austin, Texas area and be within commuting distance of the office. Candidates residing in other areas of Texas will not be considered. No remote or hybrid work is available.
