About the Role We are seeking an experienced IT Engineer – Salesforce Development to design, build, and maintain scalable technology solutions across our Salesforce ecosystem. This role focuses on supporting complex technical operations and implementing automation to enhance business processes. Key Responsibilities • Resolve L1/L2/L3 support tickets, platform defects, and user access issues within SLA • Monitor and troubleshoot Experience Cloud performance, login issues, templates, themes, and API integrations • Manage Salesforce security models, sharing rules, audiences, and permission sets for internal/external users • Analyze debug logs, system exceptions, and integration failures to identify root causes • Support release rollouts, sandbox refreshes, and deployments in collaboration with admins and developers • Document processes, recurring issues, engineering designs, and troubleshooting procedures • Develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and automation tools like Flow and Process Builder • Implement CI/CD pipelines using Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, and version control • Ensure best practices for data management, security, and performance optimization • Track KPIs/SLAs and identify opportunities for workflow and system improvements • Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver scalable technical solutions Requirements • 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining IT solutions • Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related field (or equivalent experience) • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, Visualforce, JavaScript • Experience with Salesforce automation, data modeling, architecture, and security best practices • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Boomi, and SQL • Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins) • Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate technical concepts clearly • Must live within commuting distance of Atlanta, GA or Dallas, TX
