About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to support Salesforce development and enhancement initiatives for Michigan's Enterprise Contact Center, including workflows supporting the Michigan Crisis Line (MICAL). Key Responsibilities • Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce • Build and enhance applications using Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Health Cloud • Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations and SSO implementations • Manage Salesforce DX (SFDX), source control, branching, merging, and deployments • Support CI/CD pipelines and release management using Azure DevOps • Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and development teams • Ensure application security, performance, code quality, and compliance with state standards • Support data migration, technical documentation, and knowledge transfer Requirements • 6+ years of Salesforce development experience • 4+ years with Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, HTML5, and JavaScript • 5+ years of Service Cloud and/or Health Cloud experience • 3+ years of Salesforce Lightning development, including LWC • Hands-on Salesforce DX (SFDX) and Salesforce Development Lifecycle experience • 2+ years of API integration and Single Sign-On (SSO) experience • Experience with Azure DevOps or comparable CI/CD and release management tools • Exposure to data migration and/or cloud integration projects • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Administrator certifications
