About the Role We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer Lead to join our team. This role focuses on leading enterprise implementations, designing scalable solutions, integrating external systems, and mentoring development teams. Key Responsibilities • Design and build Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to optimize workflows • Integrate upstream systems using REST, Bulk, and FHIR APIs, as well as Kafka/MQ event streams • Lead end-to-end delivery, including story grooming, solution design, and technical implementation • Conduct code reviews and performance tuning to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions • Manage CI/CD processes and support reliable deployment practices • Build and implement AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce • Mentor developers and provide technical leadership • Collaborate with Architecture, Product, Security, and Data teams Requirements • 10+ Years of Salesforce Experience • 8+ Years Leading Enterprise Implementations • Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) Certification • Agentforce Specialist Certification • Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud & Agentforce AI Agents • Experience with Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, SOQL & Visualforce Pages • Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) • Knowledge of Workflow Rules, Approvals, Dashboards, Custom Objects & Validation Rules • Understanding of Roles, Profiles, Formulas, Email Templates & AppExchange • Experience with Apex Data Loader, Force.com IDE, ANT & AutoRABIT • Programming skills in Apex, Core Java & JavaScript • Familiarity with REST APIs, Bulk APIs & FHIR APIs • Experience with Kafka, MQ & Event Stream Integrations • CI/CD, Performance Tuning & Code Reviews • Agile Methodology; SAFe experience preferred
