About the Role We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join TSA. This role involves developing and supporting enterprise Salesforce solutions integrated with other cloud technologies, working on an Agile Scrum team within a larger SAFe program. Key Responsibilities • Develop and support enterprise Salesforce solutions • Work on an Agile Scrum team within a larger SAFe program • Automate business processes using Flow, Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Assignment Rules, and email alerts • Translate user stories and business requirements into Salesforce solutions • Perform code reviews, write unit/integration tests, and troubleshoot production issues Requirements • Active DHS clearance (Department of Homeland Security) • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field • 2–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience • Proficiency in Apex classes and triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning components, including Lightning Web Components (LWC) • Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud • All three required certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified App Builder, and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs • Ability to perform code reviews, write unit/integration tests to achieve 85% test coverage, and troubleshoot production issues • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
