Key Responsibilities • Salesforce configuration, customization, development, and administration • Automation, integrations, data migration, and deployment management • System troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous improvement • User training, technical support, and knowledge transfer Requirements • 14+ years with state or federal agency experience • 7+ years with Salesforce Flow Automation • 7+ years with Salesforce Security Model (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules) • 7+ years with Salesforce DX, DevOps, Version Control & CI/CD • 7+ years with Data Migration & ETL • 4+ years with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) Configuration & Administration • 4+ years with Experience Cloud & Community Plus • 4+ years with Reports & Dashboards
