About the Role We are looking for an experienced Salesforce DevOps / Release Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce deployments, release management, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management. Key Responsibilities • Plan and execute Salesforce releases across multiple environments • Manage deployment pipelines and version control • Ensure smooth deployments from development through production • Maintain consistency across Salesforce sandboxes and production environments • Collaborate with Salesforce developers, administrators, and cross-functional teams • Identify deployment risks and enforce DevOps best practices • Monitor release performance and ensure compliance with governance standards Requirements • 8–10 years of experience in Salesforce Release Engineering and Deployment Management • Hands-on experience with Gearset and/or Copado • Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules, Workflows, and Validation Rules • Experience with GitHub, Azure DevOps, and Version Control • Strong understanding of Salesforce CI/CD pipelines and deployment lifecycle • Expertise in Salesforce sandbox management, environment synchronization, and production releases • Experience troubleshooting deployment failures, merge conflicts, and build issues • Knowledge of release governance, compliance, release readiness, and Go/No-Go reviews • Experience preparing release notes, deployment reports, and stakeholder communications • Familiarity with sandbox data loading and seeding for development and testing
