About the Role We are urgently hiring a Salesforce DevOps Engineer with 4+ years of experience, including 3+ years in Salesforce DevOps or Release Engineering. This role involves working on CI/CD pipelines and supporting production releases. Key Responsibilities • Build and maintain Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions • Troubleshoot Salesforce CLI, Metadata API, and deployment issues • Manage Git branching, merge requests, and release management • Develop Python and Shell scripts for automation • Create and maintain Docker images • Handle Salesforce user access management, profiles, and permission sets • Support planned late-evening production releases Requirements • 4+ years of experience with 3+ years in Salesforce DevOps or Release Engineering • Strong experience with Salesforce CI/CD pipelines • Proficiency with Salesforce CLI (SF/SFDX), Metadata API, and deployment troubleshooting • Knowledge of Git branching, merge requests, and release management • Experience with Python and Shell scripting • Familiarity with Docker image creation and maintenance • Understanding of Salesforce user access management, profiles, and permission sets • Ability to support planned late-evening production releases Benefits • Opportunity to work on challenging projects • Flexible working hours to accommodate production releases
