About the Role We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Education Cloud Solution Architect to lead enterprise-scale K-12 digital education transformation projects. Key Responsibilities • Lead enterprise-scale K-12 education transformation projects • Design and implement end-to-end student lifecycle architecture • Integrate SIS, LMS, ERP, SSO and other education platforms • Provide security architecture, data migration and integration solutions • Lead enterprise implementations, architecture governance and technical teams Requirements • 12–18+ years of overall experience • 12+ years of Salesforce experience • Minimum 5 years of Salesforce Education Cloud architecture experience • Strong expertise in Salesforce Education Cloud architecture • Proven experience designing enterprise-scale K-12 education solutions • Hands-on knowledge of Education Cloud, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud and Sales Cloud • Strong understanding of Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flow, Platform Events and APIs • Experience integrating SIS, LMS, ERP, SSO and other education platforms • Expertise in security architecture, data migration, integrations and multi-school/multi-campus solutions • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Good to Have • Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce and OmniStudio experience • Salesforce Architect certifications • Presales, RFP and solution consulting experience • FERPA/GDPR and education data privacy knowledge
