About the Role We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Loyalty Cloud Developer to design and implement Salesforce Loyalty Management solutions. This role involves configuring loyalty programs, developing custom solutions, and integrating systems. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement Salesforce Loyalty Management solutions • Configure loyalty programs, member enrollment, points accrual, redemption, rewards, and tier management • Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flow • Configure promotions, vouchers, loyalty program rules, and partner benefits • Integrate Loyalty Management with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and external systems • Develop and manage REST/SOAP APIs and integration workflows • Troubleshoot loyalty transactions, member accounts, points balances, and production issues • Perform unit testing, code reviews, debugging, deployments, and performance optimization Requirements • 7+ years of overall Salesforce development experience • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Loyalty Management / Loyalty Cloud • Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce Flow • Experience with loyalty program configuration, points processing, rewards, and tier management • Strong knowledge of APIs, integrations, Salesforce security, and data models • Experience in deployment, debugging, and production support
