About the Role We are looking for an experienced Salesforce developer with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Loyalty Management for an urgent contract opportunity. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, customize, and implement Salesforce Loyalty Management solutions • Configure loyalty programs, tiers, member lifecycle processes, promotions, vouchers, and partner benefits • Develop scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flow • Integrate Loyalty Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and external systems • Build APIs and integration workflows for real-time and batch processing • Troubleshoot loyalty transactions, points balances, member accounts, and program rules • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders • Support deployments, production releases, and post-implementation issues Requirements • 7+ years of overall Salesforce development experience • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Loyalty Management / Loyalty Cloud • Strong knowledge of loyalty program configuration, member enrollment, points accrual and redemption, rewards, and tier management • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flow • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integrations • Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and automation • Experience in debugging, unit testing, code reviews, deployments, and production support Good to Have • Experience integrating Loyalty Management with Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud • Knowledge of loyalty promotions, vouchers, partner programs, and personalized customer engagement • Experience with large-scale loyalty implementations • Relevant Salesforce certifications
