About the Role We are looking for a Salesforce Order Management System (OMS) Architect to design and implement scalable solutions for order management. This role requires extensive experience with Salesforce OMS architecture and solution design. Key Responsibilities • Design scalable, secure, end-to-end Salesforce OMS solutions • Lead architecture workshops and define order fulfilment and integration strategies • Guide development, testing, deployment, and production support teams • Identify technical risks and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices Requirements • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce OMS architecture and solution design • Experience with at least 2 full-lifecycle Salesforce OMS implementations as Lead/Architect • Deep understanding of order lifecycle, fulfilment, inventory, returns, refunds, and payments • Expertise in omnichannel commerce: Ship-from-Store, BOPIS, BORIS, order splitting, and back-orders • Strong integration experience with eCommerce, POS, WMS, ERP, payment gateways, and logistics platforms • Knowledge of Salesforce OMS Data Model, Connect APIs, REST APIs, middleware, and event-driven architecture • Exposure to Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agentforce/AI agents • Excellent architecture documentation, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills
