About the Role We are looking for a Product Manager with strong experience in Salesforce, HealthCloud, and healthcare payer/claims to join our team on a 6-month contract-to-hire basis. Key Responsibilities • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, mission, and roadmap • Drive product initiatives, epics, prioritization, and execution • Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and define OKRs • Lead product discovery, stakeholder interviews, and current-state analysis • Gather and translate business requirements into product features and outcomes • Identify process improvements and opportunities for business value • Collaborate with Business, Architecture, Engineering, UX, and Agile teams • Develop future-state processes, workflows, mappings, and documentation • Lead roadmap planning and cross-functional prioritization • Coordinate release strategies and business readiness • Measure product performance, value realization, and customer outcomes • Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders • Serve as the bridge between business and technology teams Requirements • 8+ years of Product Management / Product Strategy / Business Analysis experience • Strong experience with Salesforce and Salesforce HealthCloud • Healthcare payer and insurance claims experience • Experience defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps • Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills • Experience working with cross-functional teams • Experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or SAFe • Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills • Experience taking a new product/project from the ground up • Salesforce certification — Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst certification preferred • Experience with enterprise digital transformation and end-to-end healthcare claims processes
