About the Role We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Program Manager to lead enterprise-level Salesforce initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Lead enterprise-level Salesforce initiatives • Manage Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud • Plan Salesforce roadmap and oversee end-to-end implementations • Manage stakeholders and provide executive reporting • Handle budget, resources, risks, and vendors • Lead cross-functional teams • Implement Agile/Scrum project delivery Requirements • 7–10+ years of Salesforce experience • Strong Salesforce Program / Project Management experience • Experience with Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud • Salesforce roadmap planning and end-to-end implementations • Strong stakeholder management and executive reporting • Budget, resource, risk, and vendor management • Experience leading cross-functional teams • Agile/Scrum project delivery experience Preferred • PMP / PgMP certification • Salesforce certifications • Enterprise Salesforce transformation experience
