About the Role We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Release Engineer with expertise in Copado DevOps, Salesforce release management, and CI/CD automation. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end Salesforce deployments, maintain release pipelines, streamline deployment processes, and ensure reliable, high-quality releases across multiple environments. Key Responsibilities • Design and manage Salesforce release processes using Copado • Configure and maintain Copado pipelines, promotions, deployment workflows, and release processes • Manage end-to-end deployments across Development, QA, UAT, Staging, and Production environments • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce applications • Manage Git repositories, branching strategies, and source control • Troubleshoot deployment failures, merge conflicts, metadata dependencies, and validation errors • Coordinate release schedules, deployment plans, and production releases • Collaborate with Salesforce developers, administrators, QA teams, and release managers • Ensure compliance with code quality, testing, change management, and deployment governance standards • Support rollback planning, post-deployment validation, and production issue resolution • Maintain release documentation, deployment checklists, and audit trails Requirements • Strong hands-on experience as a Salesforce Release Engineer, Salesforce DevOps Engineer, or Salesforce Deployment Engineer • Extensive experience with Copado DevOps and Salesforce release management • Proven experience configuring Copado pipelines and managing deployments • Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata, deployment dependencies, and environment management • Experience with CI/CD automation and Salesforce deployment processes • Proficiency in Git, source control, branching, and merge conflict resolution • Knowledge of Salesforce components, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and metadata • Experience troubleshooting deployment issues and coordinating releases • Understanding of Salesforce sandboxes, automated testing, and deployment validation • Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX), Salesforce CLI, and Metadata API • Familiarity with Jira, Agile/Scrum, and IT change management processes
