About the Role We are seeking a Salesforce Service Cloud Developer for a 12+ month contract position in Dubai. This role requires extensive experience in Salesforce implementation and development. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce • Leverage Data Cloud, Einstein AI, Apex, Flows, and integrations to automate complex business processes • Conduct high-level design and code/design reviews • Resolve complex technical issues and escalations Requirements • 8+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end Salesforce implementation • Experience with Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and LWC Development • Salesforce Certified Developer and Admin credentials (PD1 & Admin) • Backend development and high-level design experience
