About the Role We are seeking a Salesforce Service Cloud Engineer with a focus on Integration and Agent force. This role involves delivering Salesforce solutions in complex enterprise environments and working closely with Salesforce product teams. Key Responsibilities • Deliver Salesforce solutions with a focus on Service Cloud • Work closely with Salesforce product teams and understand SKUs, features, and roadmap capabilities • Manage enterprise data models, business metrics, and KPIs within Salesforce • Analyze contact center analytics, including agent productivity and case lifecycle management • Integrate Salesforce with enterprise data platforms and services Requirements • 4+ years of experience delivering Salesforce solutions • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud in complex enterprise environments • Understanding of SKUs, features, and roadmap capabilities • Expertise in enterprise data models, business metrics, and KPIs • Experience with contact center analytics • Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise data platforms • Experience with Snowflake using both batch and real-time patterns
