About the Role We are seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team. This role involves leading architecture, mentoring developers, and demonstrating new Salesforce capabilities. Key Responsibilities • Lead architecture and design for Salesforce solutions • Mentor junior developers and demonstrate new Salesforce features • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders • Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices Requirements • 10+ years of Solution Architecture experience with a strong Salesforce focus • Approximately 10 years of Salesforce platform experience • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Must be hands-on enough to demonstrate new Salesforce features to junior developers • Strong technical leadership and mentoring ability • Must be able to effectively work with both technical and business stakeholders • Minimum 2 Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, Integration Architecture Designer, Platform Developer I or II, or Certified Technical Architect) Benefits • Contract-to-hire opportunity with potential conversion to FTE • Right-to-hire opportunity • Evaluation for conversion around 6 months
