About the Role We are seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect specializing in Education Cloud and Student Information Systems. This role requires extensive experience in designing and implementing full-lifecycle SIS solutions using Salesforce Education Cloud. Key Responsibilities • Deliver full-lifecycle Student Information System implementations using Salesforce Education Cloud • Design and architect solutions for higher education institutions • Integrate Salesforce with various SIS platforms like Ellucian Banner, PeopleSoft, and Workday Student • Ensure compliance with FERPA regulations and data security standards • Lead technical teams through deployment and go-live activities Requirements • 12+ years of IT experience with 8+ years in Salesforce • 3+ years of experience in an Architect role • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Education Cloud and Education Data Architecture (EDA) • Knowledge of higher education domain including student enrollment, registration, grading, and academic records • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, Flow, and LWC • Integration experience with Ellucian Banner, PeopleSoft, Workday Student, or similar SIS platforms • Expertise in APIs, middleware, data migration, and DevOps/CI/CD Benefits • Opportunity to work on complex educational technology solutions • Chance to lead technical teams and mentor junior architects
