About the Role We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to lead enterprise Salesforce implementations and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. Key Responsibilities • Lead enterprise Salesforce implementations • Deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions • Provide technical leadership, client management, and end-to-end solution delivery Requirements • 10+ years of overall IT experience • 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience • Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flows, SOQL/SOSL • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Experience Cloud • Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP API integrations • Experience with Copado, CI/CD pipelines & Git • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, security, and performance optimization • Proven experience in technical leadership, client management, and end-to-end solution delivery • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
