About the Role We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead for a 3-month contract position. This role requires extensive experience in Salesforce development and technical leadership. Key Responsibilities • Translate architecture into technical specifications • Conduct code reviews and estimate sprints • Coordinate development, defect resolution, and release readiness • Lead advanced Apex development and implementation • Manage Flow modernization projects • Handle OwnBackup operations including backup, restore, and recovery • Implement and maintain automated testing processes • Manage release and deployment using tools like Gearset, Git, and Salesforce CLI Requirements • 10–14 years of Salesforce development experience • Expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and trigger handlers • Strong understanding of bulkification, Batch/Queueable/Scheduled Apex • Knowledge of governor limits and performance debugging • Experience with Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules • Familiarity with OwnBackup for data recovery • Experience with test automation and regression testing • Proficiency with Gearset, Git, and Salesforce CLI • Experience with deployment troubleshooting
