About the Role We are urgently hiring a Salesforce Technical Lead for a 3-month contract position. This role requires extensive experience in Salesforce development, architecture, and technical leadership. Key Responsibilities • Provide technical leadership including architecture breakdown, code reviews, sprint estimation, defect resolution, and release readiness • Develop advanced Apex solutions using SOQL/SOSL, trigger handlers, bulkification, Batch/Queueable/Scheduled Apex, and performance debugging • Modernize Salesforce Flows and migrate Process Builder/Workflow • Ensure proper backup and restore procedures with hands-on execution and recovery verification • Implement automated testing using Salesforce automation tools and regression suites • Manage release and deployment processes using Gearset, Git, Salesforce CLI, and unit testing Requirements • 10–14 years of experience in Salesforce development • Expertise in Apex Development, Flow Modernization, and Release & Deployment processes • Strong background in automated testing and quality assurance • Experience with technical leadership and team guidance • Ability to work in shifts (1:00–10:00 PM or 2:00–11:00 PM) Benefits • Remote work opportunity with onboarding visit for 2–3 days only
