About the Role We are looking for an experienced SAP RAR Functional Support Analyst to provide post-go-live production support for a subscription billing modernization program, migrating from a legacy platform to SAP. You'll be the primary support owner for SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR), ensuring accurate revenue contract creation, event processing, allocation, posting, and reconciliation across wholesale, retail, and subscription scenarios. Key Responsibilities • Provide functional production support for SAP RAR after go-live • Monitor and resolve issues with inbound revenue accounting events and contract creation • Investigate failures in allocation, postings, contract updates, fulfillment events, and recognition runs • Triage RAR defects and coordinate fixes with ABAP and BTP teams • Partner with OTC and GL teams on billing and reconciliation issues • Support month-end and period-end revenue recognition • Reconcile source events, billed transactions, and revenue accounting outcomes • Identify configuration, mapping, and master data issues • Support testing of bug fixes, transports, and enhancements • Document root causes, workarounds, and support procedures • Assist business and finance users with incident resolution and audit support Requirements • Strong functional experience in SAP RAR • Solid understanding of revenue recognition: contract modification, allocation, deferral, and recognition timing • Experience supporting integrated billing and finance flows • Production support, incident handling, root cause analysis, and reconciliation experience • Ability to analyze end-to-end impacts across source transactions, SAP processing, and accounting results • Strong collaboration with OTC, GL, ABAP, and integration teams • Excellent communication and documentation skills
