About the Role We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Program Manager to lead large-scale program delivery and global rollouts. This role requires expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and supply chain transformation. Key Responsibilities • Lead SAP S/4HANA implementations and migrations • Manage SAP EWM, MM, SD, PP, and WM modules • Implement SAP Activate, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies • Oversee program governance and PMO management • Ensure end-to-end project delivery and team leadership • Plan cutover, data migration, go-live, and hypercare activities • Manage RAID, executive reporting, system integrator, vendor, and budget • Track SAP integrations and RICEFW • Utilize Jira and release management tools Requirements • 12+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations and migrations • Expertise in SAP EWM, MM, SD, PP, and WM • Proficiency in SAP Activate, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies • Strong program governance and PMO management skills • Experience in end-to-end project delivery and team leadership • Knowledge of cutover planning, data migration, go-live, and hypercare • RAID management and executive reporting experience • System integrator, vendor, and budget management skills • Understanding of SAP integrations and RICEFW tracking • Familiarity with Jira and release management tools Nice to Have • PMP certification • SAP Activate Certification • GTS experience • Life Sciences or Manufacturing experience • Regulatory Compliance (GxP, SOX, CSV)
