About the Role We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Program Manager to lead large-scale SAP implementations, supply chain transformations, and global rollouts. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and global rollouts • Manage SAP supply chain modules: EWM, MM, SD, PP, WM, and GTS • Drive project governance, PMO, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder management • Oversee data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities • Manage risks, issues, dependencies (RAID), vendors, and system integrators • Track RICEFW objects, integrations, and release planning using Jira Requirements • 12+ years of SAP Program/Project Management experience • Strong SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation experience • Knowledge of SAP Activate, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies • Experience managing global rollouts, multiple workstreams, and third-party integrations • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Preferred • PMP / SAP Activate certification • Experience in Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Retail, or CPG
