About the Role We are looking for an experienced SAP Techno-Functional Analyst specializing in Business Partner (BP), Customer/Vendor Master Data, Data Migration, and Data Governance to support a large-scale SAP transformation programme. Key Responsibilities • Own customer and vendor Business Partner data throughout the migration lifecycle • Define data standards, field-level rules, and validation logic • Lead data profiling, cleansing, mapping, mock loads, and reconciliation • Partner with business data owners to resolve data quality issues • Develop functional specifications for migration programs, interfaces, and reports • Support SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare • Establish sustainable data governance and stewardship processes • Train business data stewards and ensure ongoing data quality Requirements • 5+ years of techno-functional SAP experience • Hands-on SAP Business Partner (BP) master data expertise • Customer and vendor master data, BP roles, account groups, and partner functions • SAP data migration experience covering extraction, profiling, cleansing, mapping, mock loads, and reconciliation • Data quality management, deduplication, defect tracking, and remediation • Data governance, ownership models, approval workflows, and quality KPIs • Functional specification writing and collaboration with ABAP/technical teams • Strong Excel or SQL skills for large-scale data analysis • Experience conducting business workshops and coordinating with data owners • SIT/UAT defect resolution, cutover support, and post-go-live hypercare
